I usually try to avoid this location but I was in the area. As usual, the employees stood around chit chatting, trying to avoid the customers. But the real highlight of my visit was when the woman at the register told me they don’t accept store credit. It was obvious she didn’t know how to do it and wouldn’t (or couldn’t) call a manager. I was too tired to argue. Just avoid this location. They’re useless.

I wanted to recognize Chuck in Plumbing at the Spanish Springs Home Depot for his outstanding customer service. I came in with a plumbing issue that was completely outside my comfort zone. Chuck took the time to listen, answer my many questions, and explain the different options available without making me feel rushed or inexperienced. His product knowledge was exceptional, and he helped me select the correct part for my repair. What stood out most was his patience and willingness to teach. He endured all of my questions, explained things clearly, and made what felt like an overwhelming repair manageable. Thanks to his guidance, I was able to complete the repair successfully myself. Employees like Chuck are a tremendous asset to Home Depot. His professionalism, expertise, and genuine desire to help customers deserve recognition. Thank you, Chuck, for making a stressful situation much easier. I wish more employees could be like Chuck.

I just wanna take a moment to recognize the people at this store. Their customer service is above and beyond, and everyone was extremely friendly and kind. I was having a rough day and had my very shy dog with me. Shannon at the garden center came up to me and offered to give me a piece of cardboard for him to sit on, so he wouldn’t hurt his paws! When I went to pay, the gentleman at the cash register was so complementary and kind as well. I will continue to come back and shop here because of the customer service and the people.

The man answering the phones is rude and unhelpful. He either knowingly or unknowingly lied to me about services that Home Depot offers, and I know this because I called another Home Depot who informed me they could do what he was telling me they could not do. Not only that he transferred me to an employee who I’m almost sure he talked badly about me too because the other employee said, “oh I’m just gonna transfer you back to other employee, and then they just played a game of picking up the phone saying nothing and transferring back to each other until I just gave up. I don’t know what this Home Depot‘s employees problem are but at the end of the day your job is to help the customer get their home improvement job done not be difficult. He told me I couldn't bring in blinds bought from home depot online to the store to cut which is a lie according to the flooring and blind Department in Nothtowne Home Depot, he also stated they couldn't cut blinds they sell in store if ordered online because the Manufacturer should be able to cut them to size needed, but they did not sell the size I needed. When I asked if I could order them a few inches bigger and ship them to the store to get t

Widest selection of hardware and home building materials at the lowest prices. Make sure to do price comparisons as Home Depot will match it. This is our home project central! Since our last post some 2 years ago, Home Depot has done a lot to improve the customer experience. Shelves are better organized and well-stocked with most items. The whole store has a cleaner and more inviting vibe. Staff professionalism, courtesy, and product knowledge have also increased greatly. Kudos to Home Depot!
